Some things don’t make it into the patchwork.
There were pieces that wouldn’t fit—edges too sharp, colors too loud, memories too heavy. I tried to force them into the garden, to make them belong. But they whispered: Not everything is meant to be saved. Some stories want to return to the soil.
So I paused. I let them go.
That’s when I remembered the compost pile behind my grandmother’s house. How she taught me that even waste is sacred. Banana peels. Wilted petals. Torn fabric. All of it became the earth again. All of it became life again.
Letting go isn’t loss. It’s transformation.
This week, I invite you to compost—not just your scraps, but your habits, your guilt, your need for perfection. Let it all decompose. Let it nourish what comes next.
Because creativity isn’t about clinging. It’s about trust. Trusting that what you release will bloom in new ways.
🌿 In the spirit of compost and renewal…
I’ve released a few pieces that almost didn’t make the cut—fragments, miscasts, experiments. Now they’re part of something new: ✨ The “Compost Bloom” Collection – flawed & beautiful pieces reborn.
